ADVOCACY

May 18, 2019 - PERIOD End of Sentence Screening and Discussion

Baptist Church, New Jersey City University Women's & Gender Studies, and Phillips Academy Charter School. This project was launched to provide a space to discuss the connection between body and power, increase awareness surrounding global access to education for girls and to build a community of partnerships to enhance the lives of girls in Newark and surrounding areas. 

April 2, 2018 - Women in Media Film Festival ​

We partnered with Women in Media Newark which advocates and educates the public about global issues using film, video and new media

October 4, 2017 - My Sisters Lighthouse - Violence Against Women Walk

Members and friends of Zonta participated in this walk in honor of victims and survivors of domestic violence.
